Talia Schmidt-Geen
Talia has 23 years experience in senior administration roles. She has extensive knowledge of software packages and training secretarial roles for Corporate and Government organizations in Asia Pacific.
In 2000, Talia developed her own business contracting out her services for a number of senior health providers and corporate companies carrying out project management roles and implementing a number of efficient and effective processes.
Talia has also worked for a major multinational healthcare company as a senior project researcher for the Regional New Business Development department working closely with the Vice President. In this role, Talia gained extensive knowledge of the Asia Pacific region, working on a number of conferences and building strong networks to support her clients’ requests.

John Davis
John has a wealth of experience in Marketing, Finance, Governance, New Business Development and Pharmaceutical Licensing. He has over 20 years experience in Senior positions as a Managing Director, Regional Director and Vice President with the world’s largest Healthcare company working and living in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe.
John is the owner of several private businesses and is a Professional Director and Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Grant Blair
Grant holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Otago and the NZ Diploma of Direct Marketing. He holds directorships of several New Zealand companies. In the early 90's Grant played a significant management role in developing the General Practice of Pharmacy businesses for Janssen-Cilag, part of the Johnson & Johnson Healthcare group.
In the mid to late 90's Grant developed a publishing business which culminated in a sale to a multinational. The early part of this Millennium involved a number of projects, primarily developing technology related businesses, some of which have been on-sold and several retained.
Grant's areas of expertise include management optimization, business structuring, sales and marketing (with a special interest in direct marketing) and employing technology solutions to maximize profitability.

Jan Trotman
Jan has 20 years senior management experience with Janssen-Cilag NZ, part of the Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Group. For 13 of these years, Jan held the position of NZ General Manager where she was a member of the Australian/NZ Janssen-Cilag Management Team, J&J Leadership Team and of the Asian Management Board Group. For 9 years Jan was also a board member of the New Zealand Researched Medicine Industry.
Prior to joining the Pharmaceutical Industry, Jan specialized in Medical Biochemistry, working in both the New Zealand and Canadian Public Hospital systems. Jan has also worked as a civilian within the NZ Police Force working in the area of Forensic photography. Jan’s area of expertise includes General, Project and Health Management, Government Relations and Government Funding Negotiations.
Since retiring from Janssen-Cilag, Jan has worked as a project researcher for the Asia Pacific New Business Development Team.
